These move tutors are just outside of Mt.Moon, the one on the left gives you Mega Punch and the one on the right gives you Mega Kick.

Seismic Toss

This scientist can be found at the back entrance of the Pewter Museum.

Rock Slide

This trainer will be situated near the end of rock tunnel.

Battle Frontier

The battle frontier tutors are different than the others, these two move tutors teach 20 different type of moves in exchange for battle points.

Be Aware that some moves will not pop up on the list due to your Pokemon unable to learn them.
