[Money Guide] NPC Rematch Payouts (Part 3 - Quick Runs)

IMPORTANT NOTES

-This was done while holding the AMULET COIN. If you aren't using it then your payout totals will be lower than mine. Also, these totals are from RE-MATCHINGonly. These are not the totals you will get from battling the trainer for the 1st time...those will also be lower I assume.

- I skipped all swimmers and tubers because they give low money compared to the effort used surfing out to them.

- I re-matched all of these NPCs within the past couple months (November 2016) so I'm certain it's up to date. I will try to update accordingly if/when nerfs or buffs happen. 

- Payouts differ a little bit each time you re-battle an NPC. So you may get slightly different totals each time, but the data won't vary too much (a couple hundred yen difference at most). I'm mainly just giving an idea of what you will make on average.

Quick Runs (with screenshots)

Kanto Quick Run = $128,220
Cooldown: 6 Hours
Time: Estimated 30 Minutes

Route 11 = $34,625   (6 Battles)
Fly to Vermillion, head southeast into Route 11. Fight x2 Engineers and x4 Gamers here.

Rock Tunnel = $20,443 (4 Battles)
Fly to Route 10 PC. Enter Rock Tunnel. Need Flash HM. Fight only the x4 PokeManiacs that are circled. Follow the white line...ladders are numbered corresponding to their matches.

Route 10 & Route 8 = $17,225 (3 Battles)
After exiting Rock Tunnel, fight x1 PokeManiac in Route 10 here.

Then go west of Lavender into Route 8. Fight x2 Gamers here.

Route 13 & 15 = $23,645 (4 Battles)
Fly to Fuchsia and head east into Route 15. Fight x2 Beauty here.

Then continue on thru Route 14 and into Route 13. Fight another x2 Beauty here.

Pokemon Mansion = $32,282 (6 Battles)
Fly to Cinnabar and enter the Pokemon Mansion. Fight ALL inside. There are x3 Scientist and x3 Burglar.

Once you enter, take stairs #1

Then take stairs #3 and fight the trainer standing in the circled area.

Go back thru stairs and down, fight that dude in circled area. Then press the statue I circled. Go north and take stairs #4.

Press the statue, go down and fight the circled guy. After that, drop down the LEFT SIDE break in the floor.

Fight that guy, then take stairs #2.

Fight the guy in the statue room then press the statue. Go north and fight that guy, then GO BACK AND PRESS THE STATUE AGAIN BEFORE YOU LEAVE THIS FLOOR.
You'll be blocked from exiting the building if you don't.

From stairs #2, continue to Exit.

Sevii Isles Quick Run = $63,227
Cooldown: 6 Hours
Time: Estimated 15 Minutes

Fly to 5 Island, Surf north to Resort Gorgeous. Fight x2 Lady here.

6 Island = $24,037 (5 Battles)
Fly to 6 Island, head east and fight x1 Juggler. Now go south towards Ruin Vally, skip the Hikers and only fight the x1 PokeManiac and x3 Ruin Maniacs circled here.

7 Island = $24,648  (5 Battles)
Fly to 7 Island and go south. Fight only the 2 trainers I have circled here. x1 Juggler, x1 Tamer.

You can heal in this house if needed and then continue south and then Surf west to fight x1 Ruin Maniac here. Then Surf east to fight x1 Gentleman and another x1 Ruin Maniac here.

Hoenn Quick Run = $175,951

Definitely do a gym run. It's short and pretty easy. Nets you $88,160.
Try to do Petalburg gym last since I'm starting my Match Call quick run out in Route 104 which is directly west of there.

Route 104 = $14,790 (2 Battles)
Fly to Petalburg, head west to Route 104, fight x1 Lady here.

Then Fly to Rustboro, go south to Route 104 again and fight x1 Rich Boy here.

Route 103 & 110 = $17,965 (3 Battles)
Fly to Slateport, head north into Route 110. Fight x1 PokeFan here.

Then head northwest into Route 103 and Fight another x1 PokeFan here.

Then go east back into Route 110 and fight x1 Collector here.

Route 111 = $16,355 (3 Battles)
Fly to Lavaridge and head east into the Desert area (Route 111) Fight x1 Ruin Maniac here.

Then head north and fight x2 Cool Trainers here.

Route 119 = $10,177 (2 Battles)
Fly to Fortree and go south west, pass the Weather Institute, and down a mud hill, thru tall grass and fight x1 Pkmn Ranger here.
Then go south and cross the big bridge to fight another x1 Pkmn Ranger here.

Route 121 & 120 = $23,284 (4 Battles)
Fly to Lilycove and head west into Route 121. Fight these circled trainers. x1 Cool Trainer, x1 Gentleman, and x1 Beauty.

Then head west into Route 120 and fight x1 Bug Maniac here.

Victory Road = $5,220 (1 Battle)
Fly to E4 and go south to enter Victory Road. Fight Pkmn Trainer Wally here.

Quick Run Total = $366,000 in approximately 1 and a half hours

FOOTNOTE
Since posting this quide, alot of people like to come and ask me if I think farming NPCs is worth it. Considering I made this guide I'm obviously going to say yes. Especially the quick run portion. Making 350k+ in only 1 and a half hours is decent cash, maybe more than decent. And being able to do the run every 6 hours (assuming you want to do it a max of 3 times a day) you're netting yourself nearly 1 million yen per day from only 4 and a half hours of total work. In addition to being able to level comps in the process.

The problem is most people, to be frank, are just lazy and don't want to grind... and then complain about how poor they are. Well, it's not because it isn't possible, you just have to put the time and work in. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Do this quick run 3x a day for one week. Easy 7m if you're willing/able to actually play the game.

To answer the initial question: Do I think NPC farming is worth the work? Yes, yes I think it is damn worth it.
